Patriots in Washington counties have one constitutional line of defense between your rights, liberty, and freedom from intrusion from foreign and domestic threats.
That last line of defense is an ELECTED SHERIFF.
21 of the 39 counties in this state have constitutional officiating sheriffs. The rest have sheriffs that have not or will not fulfill their oath of office and protect you from illegal laws that are being forced upon county residents.
Codes, mandates, laws, edicts and executive orders apply only to government employees and national guard/military. Because the residents of our county are none of the above, these “Laws” are null and void and do not apply to the residents of any county in any state.
Our lives, livelihood and communities have been turned upside down, creating havoc, bankruptcy, death and confusion.
Our God given rights are guaranteed by our constitutions and can only be enforced by the sheriff.
Article 11, § 5 of the Washington State Constitution denotes “The sheriff” is the chief executive officer and conservator of the peace of the county.
The Constitutional Sheriff is a judicial officer, that “shall be elected by the qualified voters of their respective counties for a term of four years and shall have such qualifications, powers and duties as provided by general law.”
The elected constitutional sheriff insures that we will live in a constitutional county.
The governor can not legislate (create) law, the president can not legislate (create) law, the Supreme Court can not legislate (create) law.
Laws can ONLY be created by the state or national legislature.
This precludes the Department of Justice, the FDA, Labor & Industries and all others from enslaving the residents of Washington counties with non-Scientific orders for us to live by.
June 29, 2021, the Skagit Peers of Skagit county convened to establish a nonpartisan group of patriots, made up of neighbors, friends and relatives committed to restoring Skagit county back to a constitutional governed county. On this date the Skagit Peers nominated me, Kevin Ewing to be the candidate for sheriff, for the 2022 election. I accepted.
I have dedicated this website to the promotion of constitutional officiating of all elected officials in Skagit county.
Because our county is made up of owners from across the country, I am appealing to all Patriots, We have time to redeem our county for the benefit of our children’s future. Join with the Skagit Peers to spread the word,
If the constitution was good enough for the first 234 years, IT IS A REQUIREMENT FROM NOW ON!
We realize that one county has replaced their elected sheriff with an appointed sheriff so he will never arrest his bosses.
Another county tried to do the same but invited me to speak on behalf of the county peers south of Seattle. As the keynote speaker, I pointed out that the commissioners would be breaking the law to appoint a sheriff and taking away the elected sheriff position by the people.
I further pointed out that these miscreant commissioners could be:
- prosecuted for violating their oath of office,
- perjury,
- misprision of felony,
- falsifying government documents,
- sued on a private level because they broke the law, losing their immunity from prosecution (which means they personally pay their own legal defense), then of course their spouses would be sued as well to encumber their personal property.
- Then of course spend 2 years in prison for each offense, not to mention the $10,000 fines for each!
- Oh, yes, least we forget, they will never be able to hold public office again!
As patriots with the same goals to restore our state back to a constitutional government with officials that use the constitution as their only guide, I have chosen to work in parallel with the following Patriotic groups.
I believe each organization is doing great work to awaken our fellow neighbors to the need of prohibiting the America we grew up with from slipping away, forever lost for our children and the generations yet to be born.
I salute each organization and the wonderful work you are doing, please reciprocate and include Skagit Peers in your reference to more Patriots working in concert with your efforts to hold on to our Freedom.
